One of the best parts of our job is matching a tenant with a great property that they get to call home. Whether it’s a small or a large rental we treat every tenant with the same level of importance and respect. Every property also includes exterior maintenance for the convenience of our renters.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

To qualify to rent a property from Clemmer & Co you must have:

  • A gross income three (2.5-3.5 times the monthly rent

  • No evictions

  • Pass Background Check

  • No collections on any utility bills

  • Credit score average 610

 

SCREENING

Our screening process is straightforward and each application submission must include:

  • Income documentation - copies of two (2) most recent paycheck stubs

  • Must verify have verifiable employment 

  • Must be a company email address NO generic email addresses

  • Must provide 3 bank statements showing proof of income into bank account

  • Tax returns of the last two (2) years if self-employed

  • Documents supporting recurring income from other sources (Bank Deposits, etc.)

  • Government issued ID card or Passport

  • Must show ID and Social Security card in person to staff member

  • Must verifiable contact information for current landlord

  • Must provide recent month major utility bill with current address ie: PG&E, SoCal gas, Cal Water will only be accepted 

  • Landlord must match titled owner if not rented through licensed real estate company

  • $55 application fee payable to Clemmer & Co
